Well Fitness offers free exercise classes for in-house guests and fitness members. The classes include Muay Thai, Sexy Abs, Aero Cardio, Body Weight and L25. Check the daily schedule at Fitness Centre on the 7th Floor, Welcome Wing or dial extension number 5922 from your room.
Muay Thai (45 mins)
This is a Thai boxing activity that blends martial arts with an intense cardio work out, helps burn fat and tightens the muscles of legs, arms and abdomen quickly.
A popular choice of training for both men and ladies as both a stress reliever and fitness work out, engaging all major muscles, this high-power, high energy cardio routine will burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour to achieve weight loss and improve body control and cathartic moves. The exercise also improves speed, agility and cunning meditation to practice.
Sexy Abs (45 mins)
Get flat abs with a fun exercise! Tighten your core muscles for firm stomach, shrink your waist, improve your posture and just have fun!
Aero Cardio (45 mins)
This is an aerobic activity that blends cardio with an intense aerobic workout, help burn fat and tighten the muscles of legs, arms and abdomen.
Body Weight (45 mins)
Body weight exercise is a simple and effective way to work and improve balance, flexibility and strength without machinery or extra equipment. Moves will help build strength and boost metabolism with just body resistance, from legs and shoulders to chest and abs.
L25 (25 mins)
L25 will focus on 25 minutes of fat burning exercise. Firm your core muscles to shrink your waist and get in shape. This is an intense workout system designed for those who have limited time. It promises to deliver an hour’s worth or results in only 25 minutes a day.
All above classes can be arranged out of the set schedule at your personal convenience with a minimal fee.
700 Baht/person/class (Private class for one participant)
400 Baht/person/class for two participants and more.
Classes are also open for outside guests and non-fitness member at a fee of 500 Baht per person per class.
